DELIVERY AND RETURNS.


Making a Purchase
To make a purchase just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished, check your basket to make sure you haven’t missed anything, and proceed to 'Checkout'. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.  
We currently use PayPal to process our orders online. You do not need an account with PayPal to process your order; Payment is required within 7 days of making the purchase.


Shipping Costs.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of orders..
Our standard charges are outlined below:

Free Standard UK Delivery - 3-4 days (2nd Class Royal Mail)

Ist Class UK Delivery - £1.95 - 2-3 days delivery (1st Class Royal Mail)

Next Day Delivery - £7.99 (If ordered before 12.00 noon.  Weekdays only, excluding Bank Holidays - Courier/Royal Mail Special Delivery)

Saturday Delivery - £12.99 (If ordered before 12.00 noon Friday - Royal Mail)

Please note all orders over £80-00 in value will be delivered Next Day Delivery free of charge.  Please order before 12.00 noon to secure actual delivery on the next day.

Important Information - Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct when submitting your order online.  If goods do not arrive, please call us within 14 days from the order date.  Orders should take no more than 5 working days to arrive.  If your order has not arrived, please call us on 07452 952011 or email sales@personalisedjewelleryforyou.co.uk.


Delivery Schedule.
We aim to ship all items within 1-2 working days after payment is received if all items are in stock.
If some of your order is not in stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 14 days we will contact you.
If we are unable to fulfil your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If we cannot arrange another time for delivery, we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order.


Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will contact you and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.


Tax Charges
We are not a VAT registered company


Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied or have changed your mind with any goods you have ordered we will be happy to refund your purchase (excluding personalised items or earrings).  If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to us within 5 days to log your return.  Please do not return an item to us without logging your return.
